Is This You?

Who Is This For?

Who This Is For:

  • Your business does $1M or more a year in revenue.
  • Your tax bill keeps climbing every time your revenue does.
  • Your CPA or preparer files once a year and only sees your numbers after December.
  • QuickBooks is months behind, or nobody has reconciled the accounts in a long time.
  • Your quarterly estimates are a guess instead of being set off what the business actually earned.
  • You've added people, trucks or equipment, but your entity and your own pay haven't changed in years.
  • You want one team on your books, payroll, planning and every return.

This Is Not For:

  • Employees and individuals who only need a personal return.
  • Businesses doing under $1M a year.
  • Startups still setting up their first company.
  • Owners who only want a return filed once a year and nothing else.
  • Anyone who wants a deduction on the return with no records behind it.

100% Done-For-You

Here's Everything We Do For You

Here's how Landon and his team run the tax and bookkeeping side of your business, all inside one monthly plan.

We Clean Up Your Books

If QuickBooks is behind, we correct the old entries, reconcile every bank and card account to its real balance and fix the categories, so your reports show what the business actually earned.

We Keep Them Current Monthly

Every month we categorize your transactions, reconcile your accounts and send you a Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet. We can sync your bank and card accounts straight into QuickBooks.

We Run Payroll And 1099s

We process payroll, handle the federal and state payroll tax filings and file the 1099s for your vendors, so nothing on the people side of the business slips through.

We Fix Your Tax Setup

We review your entity and election, write up a reasonable compensation analysis for your own salary and adopt an accountable plan before the first reimbursement, so every change has paperwork behind it.

We Plan Your Taxes Every Quarter

We review your numbers every quarter, set each estimated payment off your actual results and keep refining the strategy all year, so the big moves are in place before December 31st.

We Prepare And File Every Return

We prepare your business and personal returns so every change shows up when you file, and every client's return is reviewed by an experienced tax professional before it goes out.

On The Record

Does It Actually Work?

“
I had a rather large backlog of quickbooks transactions and unreconciled accounts... he ended up doing most of it without me needing to do anything but give him some log in info. He worked fast and efficiently. My books are all straightened out and as a small business owner that is a huge relief.

Landon didn't just file my taxes, he helped me build my business the right way right from the start. Landon is a former IRS Revenue Agent and knows what the IRS is looking for and makes sure everything is done correctly. Definitely worth every penny!

Still On The Fence?

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to leave my current CPA?+
Our monthly plans include preparing your returns, so that work moves over to us. You let your current CPA or EA know in writing, and we give you a professional letter to send. You sign an authorization so we can request your records, and we handle every step of the move from there.
My books are months behind. Is that a problem?+
No. We clean up books that have fallen behind: we correct the old entries, reconcile every account to its real balance and then keep the books current every month. Send them in whatever state they're in, and we'll talk through the cleanup on the call.
Will a lower tax bill hold up if the IRS looks at it?+
Landon used to be an Internal Revenue Agent with the IRS, examining the returns of businesses with up to $10 million in revenue. Every change we make comes with its paperwork, like a written reasonable compensation analysis or an accountable plan adopted before the first reimbursement. If the IRS ever sends a letter, Landon is an Enrolled Agent and can represent you directly (billed at $250 an hour).
How much does it cost?+
Our published monthly plans run $500 to $1,000 a month and cover bookkeeping, payroll, planning and your returns. Bookkeeping alone starts at $1,250 a month for companies doing $750K to $2M+, and at $2,500 a month for $2M+. Your exact fee is quoted up front on the call, and you get a written engagement letter before any work starts.
When will I actually see the savings?+
The savings show up when your return is filed, because that's when the changes we made during the year take effect. Most of what lowers your 2026 bill has to be in place on or before December 31st, which is why we start with the moves that are still open this year.
Do you only work with businesses in San Antonio?+
No. We're a virtual firm and work with business owners in all 50 states. If you're in the San Antonio area, we're happy to meet in person on request.
Who will I actually be working with?+
You work with Landon directly. He's an Enrolled Agent and a former IRS Internal Revenue Agent. Jessica Smith, our Director of Operations, is QuickBooks certified and a payroll specialist. On business days you'll hear back within 24 hours, and on our full plan you can call as often as you need.
What happens on the strategy call?+
Landon goes through your entity, how you pay yourself, and last year's tax bill next to your revenue and profit. Then he tells you which moves are still open for 2026. If he can't see a path to at least $100,000 in savings for your business, he'll tell you that directly. The call is free.
One Last Step

Want To See What Your Business Has Been Overpaying In Taxes?

On the call, Landon goes through your entity, your own pay and last year's tax bill against your revenue, then shows you which moves are still open before December 31st.
